Malaria - Goals
Sanofi-aventis adheres to the Millennium Goals developed by the United Nations, in particular: - Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger (Millennium Goal 1)
- By 2015, halt and begin to reverse the incidence of malaria and other major diseases (Millennium Goal 6, target 8)
- Provide access to affordable essential drugs in developing countries (Millennium Goal 8, target 17)
- Improve maternal health (Millennium Goal 5)
