Health in the workplace - Policy

Sanofi-aventis has set up management systems to oversee safety and health in the workplace and to ensure environmental protection, adapted to each of its functions.  

These systems are subject to regular review by measuring them against results, defining progress goals, implementing improvement plans (called PASS), and by organizing the necessary controls. This approach is based on information, learning from experience, dialogue and training.            

The Group's policy is designed to continually assess occupational injury and health risks faced by our employees in the workplace, to take the appropriate preventive and protective measures, and to inform our employees and train them so they can ensure their own health and safety.
