Professional gender equality agreementThe Group's senior management pays particular attention to professional gender equality among the teams and is committed to correcting disparities. The means to reach this goal include negotiations with the Works Councils and the implementation of monitoring indicators (of the number of women working at each level of the organization, training, compensation, etc.) An initial professional gender equality agreement was signed in November 2006 to improve equality in the French Research and Development Division.
